Brad co-founded Green Light Law Group in 2015, specifically to empower and serve the cannabis industry. With twenty years of litigation and real estate attorney experience, Brad brings a diverse and well-versed perspective to all areas of trial practice, real estate disputes and transactions, foreclosure law, and creditor’s rights. His detailed understanding of marijuana and hemp law, paired with having founded and run a real estate investment company in Oregon, makes Brad one of the west coast’s leading legal experts in cannabis real estate.
Brad graduated from University of Baltimore School of Law and Boston College with a BA in English and Philosophy. Beginning as a judicial law clerk and then a trial court judge, Brad practiced in Washington, D.C. and Maryland for seven years, including numerous bench and jury trials and appellate arguments in the D.C. Court of Appeals and in the Circuit Court of Appeals (DC Circuit) before now Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court, John G. Roberts.
Brad fell in love with Portland on a trip with friends and moved to Oregon in 2005. He enjoys biodynamic Italian wines, golfing, and spending time with his family.
