Todd Key is a highly experienced litigator who has represented clients in a wide variety of legal disputes, including shareholder derivative actions, corporate bankruptcies and workouts, intellectual property disputes including copyright, trademark and trade secrets, divorce and family law, personal injury, construction defects, worker’s compensation and insurance coverage. Todd also handles general contract and commercial disputes.
Todd received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2000. Seeking respite from the unrelenting Texas heat, he recently relocated to the milder Pacific Northwest.
In his spare time, you can find him at the coast with his dogs, on a hiking trail, or in his garage woodshop, where he makes (or attempts to make) custom furniture. He still has all 10 fingers.
